Supporting L&D professionals to support themselves
I was asked to be part of the Learning Technologies Summer Forum Conference Programme by the brilliant Donald H Taylor. I facilitated a workshop as part of the main conference programme, we explored how to develop ourselves so we can be fully effective for those we support in our work.
It was great to support fellow L&D professionals to explore learning and development for ourselves.
We practically explored why making time for our own development is important, what stops us making time, what do we currently do and what else could we do.
