I support individuals to develop and grow at work using a variety of methods. One effective method is via one-to-one coaching sessions. Coaching gives people so much, it can be a powerful space for reflection and learning, with time to develop at the pace they need.

Coaching can help people to:

  • Identify goals and work towards them
  • Become more self reliant
  • Reflect and take time to refocus
  • Improve communication skills with team members and colleagues

Coaching sessions are a confidential space where we work together, always led by my clients and what they need. My role can shift throughout the conversations we have, I’ll be a listener, I’ll have questions and make observations.

The coaching relationship is very important, it is vital we build trust and contract a way of working together that is beneficial.

We start by identifying the desired outcomes, making sure we have clarity around what the client needs and wants to shift. We will explore the ‘why’ and ‘how’ the client can start working towards the outcomes they are looking to achieve.

Coaching sessions can be face-to-face or via Skype. An initial session is recommended to ensure the coaching relationship is effective. A schedule of sessions which are bespoke and designed to suit the individual will then be agreed.

I have extensive experience of working with managers, team leaders, supervisors and staff to increase their impact in the workplace. Furthermore I hold industry recognised qualifications and certification which ensures I work at the highest level.
