Coaching sessions are a confidential space where we work together and support you to:

  • identify issues and desired outcomes
  • produce a plan of action
  • achieve your objectives
  • reflect on your achievements
  • plan your next steps

Coaching sessions can be face-to-face or via Skype. An initial session is recommended to ensure the coaching relationship is effective. A schedule of sessions which are bespoke and designed to suit the individual will then be agreed.
