I work with clients to design learning that is practical and real for the individuals attending. Examples of this include management development, coaching sessions, emotional intelligence, building positive relationships, facilitation and presentation skills.
A key focus of my work is with organisations who are looking to develop the capability of their managers and leaders. When organisations have managers who are committed, confident and clear on their management leadership style – amazing things can happen! I work with different management levels in organisations across the public, private and third sector.
Social collaboration is important for learning. Technology has an powerful impact on how we learn. Across the work I do I utilise various aspects of social media and social technology. Social collaboration in learning is about recognising the processes that help individuals to interact and share information to achieve great learning.
