Having spent time supporting new and existing managers to build their ‘Everyday Management’ skills I have worked with Skilful.co to create a resource for all new managers, and those wishing to refresh their skills.  So often we find individuals promoted into management because they have great technical skills, but then not given the training or support to deal with that most complex of resources: people. All managers want to do a great job, but often just don’t know where to begin.
