I began working with this client at the start of 2015, I was initially asked to facilitate a number of core personal development workshops; these covered various topics including Emotional intelligence, Building Positive Relationships and Assertiveness.
During our time working together, OHG asked me to provide advice and support to help increase the effectiveness of their learning and development offering. Together with the L&D Manager, we have worked to make sure that workplace learning is as effective as it can be. I designed pre and post-course activities to help support the learning and ensure greater application of new skills when back in the workplace.
Throughout 2016 and currently in 2017 I have facilitated numerous workshops plus delivered on the OHG management development programme.
