I see my role as supporting my clients. My consultancy style is one which works collaboratively to identify and develop learning. I help my clients find long-lasting solutions via effective learning and development.

When I work with my clients I..

• ensure I understand the context the client is working in
• ensure I design with the client in mind
• bring ideas and solutions that will make the greatest impact

We have initial conversations to assess what the needs are and then what the next steps need to be. All solutions are created individually for each client.
