How I Stay Connected
As someone who is passionate about supporting others to learn and develop, I do like to also keep well connected with my industry, new ideas and innovations.
I find it very helpful to ensure I keep active within my industry, I have a great Personal Learning Network (PLN) who help me to grow my thinking and challenge my ideas.

Reading
I have started reading ‘Emotions Revealed: Understanding Faces and Feelings’ by Paul Ekman. This was recommended to me and it is excellent. I’m a third of the way through the book so far, I’m finding I need to take my time to digest it. The first chapter was super, reading about emotions across different cultures.
